What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Items delivered to Accra, Tema, Nungua and Kasoa are delivered via Courier services. Items delivered to other parts of the country are delivered via EMS, VIP and STC depending on the size and weight of the item.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No in principle we do not deliver outside Ghana. However if you live outside Ghana and you want to purchase an item on ForSale Ghana, kindly contact us on email: [email protected] or via 0505199911 so we can discuss possibilities for you.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For items that are delivered from within Ghana the customer will receive it within 1-3 business days depending on the location of the customer. Items that are delivered from overseas are delivered within 10-14 business days. Please note that customised items may take longer before the item has to be produced when you place an order for such products.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

How do I place an Order?
To place an order follow these steps: 1. Create an account on ForSale Ghana (if you don’t already have one) 2. Click on the item you want to buy 3. Select colour, size and quantity you want for the item 4. Add to Cart 5. Click on check out 6. Choose payment method 7. Complete the payment procedure
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
To cancel or change an order 1. log in to your account 2. Click on orders 3. Cancel orders and order the new item you want. (Do this before your item is delivered to you) 4. Call 0505199911 in case you have any difficulties
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes you need to have a profile/account before you can place an order on ForSale Ghana.
How Do I Track My Order?
To track your order follow these steps 1. Click on Track my order on the top right corner of the website 2. Enter your Order ID 3. Enter your billing Email/email which you used when making the order
Can I return an order after I have received my items?
Yes you can return your purchased product for a refund, within 7 days after receiving your original order. However you have to prove that the product is not as was described when you made the purchase. In addition the returned product must meet the conditions below: - product is still in its original packaging - product is in its original condition and unused - product is not damaged - product label is still attached Please note that we do not accept returns for customized jewelry/items, swimwear and under wears. NB: If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted product and place a new order.
How Can I Return a Product?
You can return your order by calling 0505199911. We will assist you on how best to return your purchased item. You can drop your item in our office or arrange for the item to be picked up by a delivery person from ForSale Ghana. All items are inspected to ensure they meet the return conditions before a return is approved.
What happens after I return an item?
After you have returned your product the ForSale Ghana team will make a decision on whether to approve the return or not. When approved the steps will be taken to ensure a refund is made within 7-14 business days. If the returned product is not accepted the returned item will be returned to the customer without refund.
